Ingredients
Oil
Onion Red - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Big Cardamom - 1
Clove - 3
Black Pepper - 5
Bay leaf - 2
Green peas - 1/3 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Rice - 1 cup
Salt
Water - 2 cup
Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onion, sauté
- Add whole spices, fry for a minute
- Add green peas and ginger garlic paste, fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add salt
- Add rice fry it for 3-4 minutes
- Adds and hot water
- Cook in a rice cooker or a pressure cooker till done
