Ingredients
Lamb - 500 gram
Potato - -5-6
Onion - 2 medium
Ginger Garlic - 2 table spoon
Whole Spices
Spice powders
Mustard Oil
Salt

Recipe
- Add lamb to Haandi
- Add onion and ginger garlic paste
- Add whole spices
- Add salt
- Add turmeric poder and chilli powder
- Cook for 30 minutes approximately till lamb is slighlty cooked
- Add potatoes
- Cook till potatoes and lamb is done
- Add mustard oil
- Add cumin podwer and Garam masala podwer
- Cookf for few minute or two till oil separates
- Add green corriander (optional)
